Atkinson Congregational Church - "The Light on the Hill" - is cherished by the people of the community as a beacon and a landmark. The light is not just the electric one that shines from the top of the hill, but also the light of God's grace and the people who make up the church. Christian Stewardship is based on the principle that because we love God, we should be loving and serving what God has created. The idea of stewardship includes our whole lives and all of the opportunities provided by God, who gives us Time, Talent, Treasure, and Testimony (the 4 T's). All of our actions and interactions can enhance God's kingdom. We can honor God every day by bringing some joy to those around us.
