ANNOUNCEMENTS

 

 SPRING CONCERTCome join us Sunday, April 27th, for our special Spring Concert at 7:00 PM.  Participating choirs are: The Chancel Choir, Folk Choir, Handbell Choir, Children's Choir, the Timberlane Community Chorus, and a Woodwind Quartet.  A dessert reception will follow the concert.  Hope to see you there!!

 

SCHOLARSHIP NEWS. . . Now is the time to apply for the Doris and Vivian Horton Scholarship!  To be eligible, the student or his/her family must have been a member of the church for the last three years and the student must be entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year in college.  You can obtain an application from the church office.  Please send your application no later than June 1, 2008 to Atkinson Congregational Church, ATTN: Scholarship Committee, 101 Main Street, Atkinson, NH 03811.

 

The CROP Walk is scheduled for Sunday, May 18th (rain or shine) at Hampstead Congregational Church.  Registration will take place at 1:00 PM, with the walk at 1:30.  Ask a Missions Committee member for a sponsor sheet, or just pick one up in Lovejoy Hall after worship.  Come join us to support this important mission, and enjoy great food and fellowship!

 

All women of the church and friends are invited to attend this year's Tea sponsored by "The Bridges."  It will be held here at the church on Friday, May 16th from 2-4 PM.
