After-Church Fun on Select Sundays in 2012-2013: We've had fun at the Rally Sunday barbecue and games on Sept. 9, Games Day Sept. 30, Fall Fun Oct. 14, and Advent Fun Dec. 2. Now, we're looking forward to roller skating April 28. For more information, go to our Church School Calendar.
Special Programming: Children can take the lead in many ways: performing in the Christmas Play, Easter Play, or Children's Sunday, lighting the candles for the services, designing bulletin covers, joining the music program, and helping with our church school missions projects -- Operation Christmas Child in November, and preparing treat bags for Meals on Wheels in February. Other opportunities are: 1st Communion for children who want to learn more about the sacrament of Holy Communion; Confirmation: for high school students who want to explore the promises made by their parents at baptism and journey toward claiming those promises as their own; and Teen Talk, three session in February for youth who want to voice their questions and thoughts about religion.
Youth Groups: Fun, fellowship, and service for 3rd grade and up.We
have games, parties, field trips, special speakers and service projects. And all our groups are free.
Library: Located on the first floor of Tuthill House, our free library has Christian fiction for all ages, devotionals, reference materials, audiotapes, CD’s, videos and DVDs.
